We are currently seeking a Piling Site Engineer to join our team for ongoing infrastructure projects involving major road and bridge construction. This role is critical to the successful execution of deep foundation works and requires a detail-oriented professional with strong site management and technical skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage piling operations on site, including bored, driven, or secant piles depending on project scope.
Review and interpret structural and geotechnical drawings to ensure alignment with construction activities.
Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution.
Monitor and manage site equipment, including piling rigs, cranes, and associated tools.
Supervise reinforcement installation, concrete pouring, and on-site testing (e.g., bentonite testing, pile integrity, load tests).
Ensure adherence to safety procedures, quality control standards, and project schedules.
Maintain accurate site documentation, progress reports, and daily activity logs.
Troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues in collaboration with the construction and technical teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience in piling and deep foundation works, ideally in road and bridge projects ( min 5 years).
Strong knowledge of site procedures, safety standards, and geotechnical requirements.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
