Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Mende, Maryland.
The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care, and offering professional advice on the safe use of medications.

Responsibilities
Medication Dispensing:
Accurately dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications.
Ensure all medications are stored and handled according to pharmacy regulations.
Patient Care:
Provide counseling and advice to patients on the use of medications.
Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding medications and their use.
Monitor patient drug therapies and provide clinical interventions as needed.
Pharmacy Operations:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of necessary medications.
Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for pharmaceuticals.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
Maintain all necessary pharmacy documentation and records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
Communicate effectively with other pharmacy staff to ensure smooth operations.
Participate in pharmacy staff meetings and contribute to the improvement of pharmacy services.
Education and Training:
Stay updated on new medications and advancements in pharmacy practice.
Provide training and mentorship to pharmacy interns and junior staff.
Conduct educational sessions for patients and healthcare providers as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Pharmacologist
Must have a valid pharmacy license.
Proven experience working as a Pharmacist.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
