Assist in planning and executing organizational effectiveness initiatives such as capability assessments, team diagnostics, retreats, organization insight surveys, feedback programs, and engagement sessions.
Track organizational effectiveness projects and ensure timely delivery of milestones and follow-up actions i.e Tracking and follow-up of post retreat actions, holistic mapping of organizational effectiveness expectations per department
Collect and analyze organizational and employee feedback data, performance trends, business insights and organizational effectiveness maturity metrics.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Maintain organizational effectiveness data to ensure consistency and accuracy from source.
Collaborate with departments and data owners to validate data context and integrity.
Analyze trends from improvement data and provide actionable insights by organizational layers or hierarchy.
Build and update dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Tableau etc) to visualize performance and organizational effectiveness maturity.
Create an internal portal/webpage to warehouse progress on organizational effectiveness activities for each layer of the organization as may be required.
Prepares stakeholder engagement plan, tracks and report progress or outliers.
Coordinate communications and engagement activities with internal stakeholders across departments and functions.
Support logistics and documentation for organizational effectiveness interventions, workshops, and team sessions.
Works with the value capture officer to develop success stories in line with the department’s strategic objectives
Manage and update organizational effectiveness documentation, including toolkits, frameworks, and process guides.
Assist in monitoring KPIs related to organizational effectiveness goals (e.g., change readiness, leadership impact, team effectiveness).
Identify and document opportunities for process improvement in organizational effectiveness programs within the organizational layers or hierarchy of decision making in the company including management committees.
Track outcomes from past organizational effectiveness interventions and initiatives to ensure lessons learned are integrated into future designs.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, data analytics, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years post-graduation experience, with at least 1 – 3 years spent in human resources, change management, organizational effectiveness or a similar role.
Certification in organizational assessment tools and frameworks (e.g. MBTI, DiSC, Hogan, or Emotional Intelligence), change management (e.g. PROSCI, CCMP, etc) and/or continuous improvement & lean management frameworks are an added advantage.
