Managing and improving the operational systems, processes, and infrastructure of an organization
Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels
Making and implementing strategic decisions and policies that relate to personnel, budget, risk and vendor management
Anticipating and solving operational and tactical problems and challenges
Overseeing and ensuring the compliance and quality of the operations department
Academic Qualifications
HND/B.SC in Catering and Hotel Management, any Social Science/Humanities Discipline.
Membership of a relevant professional body is an added advantage
Experience:
15 years experience in a similar job role at least 7 years in a management position
Experience in working with the food and beverage sector will be considered an important advantage
Prior workexperience showing increasing levels of responsibility with a focus on operations in a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Skill & Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft O365suite (word, excel and power point)
Self Management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
