Lead operations improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Fishbone Analysis, Gantt Charts
Develop preventive maintenance plans and ensure optimal machinery performance
Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems using diagnostic tools (e.g., CAT ET)
Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and failures
Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-engineering staff
Supervise teams and manage maintenance operations effectively
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering (Engineering background mandatory)
Experience:
5–7 years total experience, with at least 5 years in Good Manufacturing Companies
Relevant exposure to Cat-brand equipment, trucks, payloaders, and forklifts
Other Requirements:
Preferred Gender / Age: Male, 35–40 years
Language & Skills: Fluent in English, strong MS Excel, knowledge of fleet/service management solutions
