Job Description
- IT asset configuration Management and Enterprise systems engineer is to oversee the daily and long-term management of software and hardware within the organisation. Includes monitoring and recording software and hardware licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
- Develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout the assets lifecycles.
- Wintel officer is also responsible for the delivery of key customer installations and projects including virtualization (server and storage), system configuration, regional supports, Microsoft server and exchange rollouts.
- Provide supervision and support for the 2nd level support engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of B.sc in Computer Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or any other IT-related field.
- Vmare certified professional, Microsoft certified professional (MCP) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in vendor management
- Minimum of 2 years in 2nd and 3rd Level support
