Develop and execute a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and growth targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion, new markets, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to define expansion goals, priorities, and resource allocation.
Identify and engage potential partners, distributors, and strategic alliances to expand the company’s network
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Negotiate partnership agreements, terms, and contracts to ensure alignment of objectives and successful collaboration.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute network expansion projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution and timely implementation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.
Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration.
Conduct performance reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing support and guidance throughout the partnership lifecycle.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on network expansion activities, progress, and outcomes for senior management review.
Analyze key metrics and KPIs to track the performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.
Use data-driven insights from MIS to optimize strategies, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Project Management, Building, Architecture, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, project management, and MIS.
Proficiency in project management and MIS tools and software.
Experience in building and managing networks or partnerships within the technology, telecommunications, or related industries is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and oversee expansion projects.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
