Manage and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Administer and maintain servers, both physical and virtual, including Windows and Linux environments.
Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures.
Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, processes, and service records.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
Proficiency in administering Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with network security practices and protocol.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
