The Pampam Development Initiative (PDI) is a National Non-Governmental Organisation (NNGO) with the core mandate of providing humanitarian assistance to persons affected by disasters or conflicts, leading to their displacement, or living in a stressed condition. The organisation also strives to make individuals and community members live in good health and wellbeing, through the creation and improvement of access to quality health, education, nutrition, protection, and WASH services. The organisation also ensures that the people have and live in a decent and friendly environment, by ensuring environmental preservation and sustainability.Description 

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) officer is expected to undertake the following duties:

Designing M&E Frameworks:

Develop monitoring and evaluation policies, standards, and programs.
Create frameworks and tools to track project progress and outcomes.

Data Collection and Analysis:

Regularly collect monitoring data related to project activities, outputs, and progress.
Analyze data to assess whether the project is achieving its desired goals.

Reporting and Documentation:

Provide regular activity reports to the Program Manager (PM) after each session.
Accompany reports with field photos to illustrate project implementation.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure data quality by adhering to established standards and protocols.
Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with field staff to collect accurate and timely data.
Collaborate with project managers to address issues and adjust strategies as needed.

Adherence to Confidentiality:

Handle confidential information responsibly, limiting access to immediate team members.
Unauthorized dissemination of sensitive data is strictly prohibited.
