We are seeking dedicated Midwifery Lecturers to join our faculty at our newly established nursing school.
As a Midwifery Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students, preparing them for professional practice in midwifery.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in midwifery.
Design and assess course content and assignments to ensure alignment with learning outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to students, fostering their professional growth and clinical competence.
Collaborate with colleagues in curriculum development and participate in departmental activities.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in midwifery clinical practice or education.
Registered Midwife (RM) with a Bachelor’s degree in Midwifery.
PGD in education is required
Demonstrated ability to teach and assess students effectively using innovative teaching methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to student-centered learning.
