Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND or SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
Experience in microwave transmission systems and rigging.
Knowledge of RF and wireless communication principles
Conduct a pre-installation site survey to confirm line-of-sight (LOS) and obstructions.
Verify the tower structure and ensure it meets load-bearing requirements.
Install microwave antennas, waveguides, and transmission lines ontelecom towers.
Align microwave dishes for optimal signal
Diagnose and resolve signal issues, interference, or hardware faults.
Should follow all the quality requirements
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations while working at heights
Ability to work at heights and handle rigging equipment.
Familiarity with test instruments like spectrumanalysers and power meters
Certification in Working at Heights, Tower Climbing, or Rigging.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
