Mechanical Engineer – Water Treatment Plant Experience (WTP) at Sterling Oil Exploration & Energy Production Company Limited (SEEPCO)

We are looking for a reliable Construction engineer to lead the planning and site execution of water treatment projects (Pre Treatment).
You will be responsible for site execution, fabrication, and billing activities with Quality and Safety of the project activities. 
He should have experience in construction & fabrication of Piping, structural & tanks. 
He should have worked before in water treatment plant like PTP, Raw water intake system, ETP, etc.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

Work independently and manages a team of Engineers for overseeing the mechanical aspect of project.
Coordinating with project team and Engineering contractors during the FEED, EPC construction,
PMC Services & commissioning to Operation phase.
He is responsible for piping fabrication & erection.
Reviewing Technical & Engineering Specifications, documents, drawings, Equipment and UG & AG Piping Layouts, Inspection & Test Plans, 3D model, etc. during FEED and detailed engineering phase of the Project.
Mechanical Inspections & clearances during various stages of the project
Identify resource needs and deploy (internal & external) to ensure appropriate support.
Ensure the safety responsibilities for this position are carried out.
Tanks fabrication & erection
Rotary equipment erection and alignment
Knowledge of heavy lifting Equipments
Quantity survey & billing.
Responsible for Quality, Safety and Accounting.

Requirements

Should be graduate in B.E or B.Tech (Mech).
7 to 12 years relevant proven experience in Mechanical (static and rotating) equipment specification, selection, construction and commissioning and water treatment.
Through with design codes and standards.
Strong coaching skills, leadership abilities, and decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
Confidence to deal with individuals at all levels in the organization.
Proven conflict resolution skills
Should have complete knowledge of Piping, structure fabrication & Rotary Equipment’s.
Must be self-motivated, results oriented, and be flexible to work well under tight schedules in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary team environment.
