We are hiring an experienced Mechanical Engineer to oversee all maintenance activities at a large-scale poultry farm. The role ensures operational efficiency and equipment reliability on-site.
Responsibilities
Supervise installation, repair, and maintenance of farm equipment
Develop maintenance schedules and perform inspections
Lead emergency repair responses and troubleshooting
Maintain maintenance logs and ensure system compliance
Manage and train maintenance staff
Ensure machinery operates in line with safety standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
7 years of experience in poultry or agricultural maintenance
Strong leadership and technical capabilities
Familiarity with biosecurity and animal health protocols.
