Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our construction services, build brand awareness, and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
Manage and optimize our online presence (website, social media, etc.)
Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) to showcase our services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, etc.)
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction industry
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, etc.)
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
What We Offer
Salary: N250,000 – N300,000 / month.
