Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction and executive leadership to ensure the company meets its vision, mission, and business goals
Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources
Implement and manage software tools to automate processes, track KPIs, and improve overall operational visibility
Lead the development and execution of long-term strategies with the goal of increasing shareholder value
Monitor company performance through data-driven insights and adjust strategies accordingly
Foster a high-performance culture through mentoring, leadership, and talent development
Maintain regular communication with the Board of Directors, providing accurate and timely reports

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Managing Director, CEO, COO, or in a similar executive leadership role
Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and operations
