Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields
7+ years of research experience using diverse methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, RCTs, quasi-experimental design, etc.)
Software proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, R, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, Python, Atlas, Dedoose
Expertise in stakeholder management/engagement, especially with donors and government
Experience in grant writing and developing knowledge products (technical reports, briefs, policy briefs, manuscripts)
Project management experience, preferably in the health and development sector
Willingness to work onsite (must be resident in Abuja)
Fluency in Hausa is a plus
