This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Officer at IBIC HOLDINGS located in Lagos.
The Maintenance Officer will be responsible for equipment maintenance, corrective maintenance, maintenance and repair, electricity, and communication.
The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations of the facilities.
Qualifications
Experience in equipment maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance, and maintenance and repairs
Technical expertise in repairs is a MUST
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and time management skills
Experience in the real estate or hospitality industry is a plus
Technical certifications or relevant degree/diploma is preferred
