As a Logistics/Fleet Supervisor, you shall oversee fleet operations, ensure timely delivery, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with transportation standards.
Requirements
HND / BSc Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or any related field.
3–5 years experience in fleet/logistics coordination.
Proven experience with route planning, dispatch, and fleet tracking systems (e.g., GPS).
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Valid Driver’s License and Defensive driving training/certificate
Working knowledge of vehicle maintenance and documentation.
Good understanding of transport laws and HSE practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics reporting tools.
Must be able to manage drivers and resolve delivery issues swiftly.
Benefits
Salary: N200,000 – N300,000 Monthly.
