Prepare/review and draft contracts, agreements and any other document as shall be needed by the company
Legal compliance and research
Legal filings and documentation with regulatory agencies
Provide legal support to the company
Advisory on commercial transactions
Filings and custody of customers loan documents
Follow up and monitor Winock cases in court and the police station
Take minutes of meetings
Perform general company secretarial functions.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
