We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented undergraduate intern to join our IT Infrastructure team.
This internship provides hands-on experience in supporting the design, deployment, and maintenance of critical IT systems that power our business operations.
The ideal candidate is eager to learn, a team player, and passionate about IT and infrastructure technologies.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day IT support: fixing systems, connecting devices, and troubleshooting issues.
Help set up and maintain company laptops, printers, and network devices.
Support the team with documentation, IT inventory updates, and software installations.
Participate in IT-related projects like server maintenance, upgrades, or user onboarding.
Learn how to work with tools like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms.
Help with user account setups, access requests, and basic network checks.
Shadow experienced team members during infrastructure rollouts and configurations
Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years work experience.
Basic understanding of IT hardware, Windows OS, networking, and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to learn and take initiative – we’re more interested in your attitude than your current skillset.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
