The inventory assistant is responsible for Performing data entry of inventory updates in the management system while maintaining accurate stock records.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and update stock reports, dashboards, and inventory summaries as required.
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and properly recording incoming stock
Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and accurate documentation.
Support the inventory team with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Be responsible for, and check invoices against purchase order
Access stock on a monthly basis and identify slow moving items to be discontinued.
Accurately record and remove expired/ spoiled products from the shelves for disposal or return.
Minimize instances of expiration on the shelves by ensure no close dated products are accepted at receipt.
Requirements
Degree in Pharmacology, or any healthcare related degree
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Must have completed NYSC
The ideal candidate should be resident around Magodo, Arepo, Magboro, Berger Ojodu, Ketu OPIC and environs
