Develop, implement, and maintain a robust internal control framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement, providing recommendations to management and the audit committee
Design and perform control testing, including evaluating the effectiveness of existing controls and identifying gaps
Collaborate with external auditors to ensure a smooth audit process and implement audit recommendations
Provide guidance and training to employees on internal control policies and procedures
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to improve internal controls.
Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree
Professional certification in internal auditing (CIA), accounting (CPA, ICAN)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or a related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
