As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing innovative furniture and interior design projects that align with client needs and the company’s standards.
You’ll work on a wide range of interior projects from concept to completion, ensuring creativity, efficiency, and excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities
Design aesthetically appealing and functional interior and furniture concepts.
Create sketches, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to communicate design intent.
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
Ensure designs reflect our brand identity and quality standards.
Oversee the translation of concepts into physical products and interiors.
Work closely with production, operations, and project teams to ensure design feasibility.
Stay updated on materials, trends, and innovations to improve design outcomes.
Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with artisans, architects, and contractors for smooth execution.
Maintain design integrity and quality through regular site and production checks.
Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and ergonomic standards.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
Higher degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in interior or project design.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of commercial interiors (Workplace, Retail, Restaurants, etc.)
Familiarity with building codes and local permitting processes
Understanding of project budgeting and contracts
Expertise in furniture systems, FF&E, color/material selections
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
