Installing new instruments and control systems on machinery
Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and schematics
Using various test and calibration equipment
Applying knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and hydraulics
Performing routine maintenance to keep existing equipment operational
Repairing or replacing faulty instruments
Identifying problems with process monitoring devices using diagnostic tools
Calibrating instruments to ensure accurate measurements
Analyzing data and reports to pinpoint malfunctions
Following safety protocols while working around machinery
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Qualifications
BSc / HND in any relevant discipline
Minimum of 3 years working experience
Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
