Our client, a reputable and growing jewellery brand, is hiring Customer Service / Retail Representatives for their retail outlets in Lekki and Ikeja. This role requires excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience. Candidates must be professional, technically competent, and flexible with shift-based work.
Internship opportunities are also available for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in retail.
Salary: ₦75,000 monthly
Transportation allowance : ₦15,000
Locations: Lekki & Ikeja
Working Days & Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Shift-based)
Sundays per month (as scheduled; flexible)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Respond to inquiries in-store, via phone, email
Process sales, returns, and resolve basic customer issues
Keep the store organized, clean, and visually appealing
Support daily store operations, stock management, and admin tasks
Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
REQUIREMENTS
OND /HND in any relevant discipline
1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail
Excellent communication and diction
Technically competent (POS, emails, spreadsheets, etc.)
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Must be willing to work shifts and weekends as required
Reside within a reasonable distance from Lekki or Ikeja
