A Hygiene Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a clean and safe environment in various settings, such as food processing, healthcare, or hospitality. Here are the detailed requirements:
Skills:
Strong knowledge of hygiene principles, sanitation practices, and environmental health regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise and train team members
Ability to conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify areas for improvement
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
Understanding of data analysis and reporting to track hygiene performance and identify trends
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement hygiene policies, procedures, and protocols
Supervise and train hygiene staff, including cleaners, sanitarians, and quality control technicians
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
