We are in search of a skilled and responsible HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team.
The primary responsibilities include overseeing the installation, repair, and upkeep of our organization’s HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate is an experienced individual with exceptional leadership skills, deep knowledge of HVAC systems, and a knack for problem-solving.
Job Description
Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of the HVAC team
Inspecting and maintaining HVAC systems, including conducting regular diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and correct malfunctions
Assigning tasks to HVAC technicians, monitor their performance, and ensure they adhere to company guidelines
Coordinating with clients and building managers to discuss their HVAC requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols for HVAC systems.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal HVAC regulations and standards
Providing technical guidance and on-the-job training to HVAC technicians
Monitoring inventory of HVAC equipment and tools, and ordering necessary supplies as needed
Preparing and presenting reports on the performance of HVAC systems to management
Responding to emergency situations involving HVAC systems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Certificate in HVAC or similar field is a plus
Proven work experience as an HVAC Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components
Ability to manage and lead a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
