This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Lagos.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation.
The HR Manager will also ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintain employee records and databases, and provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR matters.
Qualifications
5 years extensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
Experience in the real estate, blockchain, or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
