We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious full-service commercial law firm. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.
This role is pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, attracting top talent, and supporting the firm’s growth and success.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is required.
Minimum of 7 years of HR management experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
