The Ekiti Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport is a new airport in Ekiti State, Nigeria, designed for both cargo and passenger flights. It received approval for non-scheduled flight operations in December 2024, with the aim of boosting the state’s economy and facilitating the export of agricultural products.Qualification/Job Specifications:
Minimum of 2 years post-qualifications
B.Sc. in any social sciences. CIPM will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
To be responsible for and proactively drive the design, development, and effective delivery of training to the organization’s employees within defined timescales
Liaising with HODS and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education
