We are looking for a diligent and organized Operations Assistant with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the efficiency of our business processes.Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, system and procedures in line with company values.
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews.
Create and implement effective onboarding plans and facilitate inductions for new recruits.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinate and develop training and development plan.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Organize and coordinateperformance management processes
Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant qualifications in a related field with experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership abilities and decision-making skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
