Requirement:
A B.Sc. degree in Social Science discipline or any other relevant field
The ideal candidate is an experienced, dynamic, and strategic HR professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role
overall minimum of 10 years HR role, preferably within the Upstream oil & gas or related sectors.
They should be highly proficient in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, Stakeholder Engagement, and HR operations
The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
They should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to align HR practices with business goals.
Experience with statutory compliance and engagement with regulatory bodies such as NAPIMS/NEOL is a plus
