Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
Ensure exceptional guest service standards and resolve guest complaints efficiently
Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and teamwork
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and ensure profitability targets are met
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years’ experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
