As our Head of Partnerships, you’ll play a key role in forging strategic alliances that propel our continued success.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with SAO Capital’s overall goals and the specific needs of our subsidiaries.
- Identify and build relationships with key partners, including investors, government agencies, industry leaders, and potential collaborators.
- Lead negotiations and structure mutually beneficial partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with long-term objectives.
- Oversee the management of existing partnerships, fostering strong communication and collaboration to maximize their value.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies, identifying new partnership opportunities for continuous growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador for SAO Capital, representing us at industry events and conferences.
Who You Are:
- A seasoned professional with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships across diverse industries.
- Proven track record of success in negotiating and structuring complex partnership agreements.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian business landscape and its regulatory environment (a plus).
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus.
