Lead, plan, and manage day-to-day factory operations including production, inventory, and packaging.
Develop and implement efficient systems for procurement, supply chain management, and warehousing.
Drive operational KPIs related to cost efficiency, productivity, output quality, and compliance.
Supervise and build capacity within operations teams (factory workers, logistics, procurement, etc.).
Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are strictly adhered to.
Manage budgets, production schedules, and performance reporting across operational units.
Work closely with Sales, Admin, and Management to align production targets with market demand.
Design and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and eliminate bottlenecks.
Maintain relationships with vendors, regulatory agencies, and logistics partners.
Evaluate operational risks and implement controls for continuous improvement and cost containment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within FMCG or food production.
Strong understanding of factory operations, supply chain management, and quality control.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and production workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage change.
Proficient in inventory software, production planning tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of NAFDAC and food safety compliance regulations is essential.
