Job Summary
The Head of Business is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling all the day-to-day operational activities of the Bank under the direction of the Managing Director. The officer could act in the capacity of the Managing Director.
Responsibilities
He/She is responsible for the growth of the portfolio by implementing marketing and business plans.
He/She is responsible for the deposit. loans and fees for the business banking unit’s ability to manage and coordinate deposit mobilization as well as loan creation.
He/She is responsible for the proper market segmentation with a focus to lead the entire team to achieving business conversion and growth.
The head of business is responsible for provision of input to strategic decisions that affects the functional areas of responsibility.
Capable of managing escalated issues arising from operational issues and requiring coordination from other departments.
He is basically the back-bone of the Bank.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with 10 – 15 years experience.
