We seek a strategic leader to serve as Head, Digital Products, responsible for driving innovative digital strategies that align with corporate goals, regulatory standards, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the strategic roadmap for digital products and services.
Lead the design, development, and enhancement of digital banking platforms.
Implement digitization initiatives aligned with the bank’s goals.
Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with internal teams, tech partners, and stakeholders.
Promote customer-focused innovation and use data analytics to boost product and operational performance.
Mentor the digital team and build a high-performance culture.
Track market trends and emerging technologies to sustain competitive advantage.
Qualifications and Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in digital product management, preferably within the banking, fintech, or related sectors
The candidate must have demonstrated success in leading digital transformation or large-scale digital initiatives
Strong understanding of financial services regulations, digital ecosystems, and agile methodologies
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (an MBA or related postgraduate qualification is an added advantage)
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills
