Oversee and assign drivers to their dispatch location
Supervision of all Riders within Lagos.
Routing and manifesting of Lagos shipments for Riders.
Accounting for all Lagos delivery pods on the bill.
In charge of bike pickup and delivery.
Auditing of Riders after their day’s delivery before closing for the day.
Receiving pickup shipments from Riders and transferring to the HubOps Officer.
Label packages using a handheld device.
Assist in the sorting of parcels by destination or delivery route.
Report damages or irregularities during handling.
Maintain safety and orderliness in the work area.
Support fleet in achieving quick turnaround of vehicles for dispatch
Collaborate with drivers and dispatch teams to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
OND Preferably or High school diploma
Prior experience in a logistics, warehouse, or transportation environment is an advantage.
Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts, if required.
