Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the HR team with onboarding processes for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help organize employee engagement and development activities.
Assist in processing payroll, benefits, and other HR-related tasks.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
Participate in performance management processes and employee relations initiatives.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
