Be the go-to person for daily care and support — helping with homework, oversee meals prepare done by cook, and everything in between.
Create a safe, fun, and encouraging space where teens feel heard and valued.
Help manage schedules, school activities, and provide transportation when needed.
Live on-site and be a consistent, positive presence in their lives.
Bring patience, energy, and a genuine interest in mentoring and guiding teens through their formative years.
Work closely with the family to make sure the kids are thriving emotionally, academically, and socially.
Who You Are
Between 23 and 27 years old.
Someone who genuinely loves teens and understands the challenges and joys of adolescence.
Patient, reliable, and ready to step into a live-in role with enthusiasm.
Experience with teens or in caregiving is a huge plus but your attitude matters most!
Ready to build meaningful connections and be a trusted mentor.
