We are seeking a highly skilled General Manager – Operations to oversee and optimize business activities in our estate firm.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in estate surveying, valuation, real estate, construction, or engineering, backed by extensive leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage estate surveying, valuation, and real estate operations efficiently.
Oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and adherence to industry standards.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and business growth.
Manage stakeholder relationships, liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, and team members.
Ensure compliance with industry policies, standards, and legal regulations.
Provide leadership in evaluating property values, market trends, and business expansion opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
7–8 years of experience in estate surveying, valuation, real estate, construction, or engineering.
Prior experience working in an estate firm is essential.
Strong analytical and managerial skills with proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Professional certifications in estate surveying or valuation are an advantage.
