Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Fuel Attendant to join our team.
The Fuel Attendant will be responsible for dispensing fuel, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the fueling area.
Key Responsibilities
Fuel Dispensing: Operate fuel pumps and assist customers with fueling their vehicles.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries and provide information on products and services.
Transaction Handling: Process payments accurately using cash registers or electronic payment systems.
Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of the fueling area, including pumps, dispensers, and surrounding areas.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and hazards.
Inventory Management: Monitor fuel levels and report low inventory to the supervisor.
Assistance: Offer additional services such as checking oil, water, and tyre pressure if required.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Skills:
Strong customer service skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various weather conditions.
Working Conditions:
Shift work may be required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
