We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finishing Tiles Supervisor with a strong background in construction site supervision and hands-on experience in tile installation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all tile finishing work on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety and building standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of tile installers and finishing teams on-site.
Inspect and ensure high-quality installation of wall, floor, and decorative tiles according to design specifications and project requirements.
Monitor progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and material specifications.
Coordinate with the project manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and work sequencing.
Conduct quality checks and ensure tile work meets design, durability, and alignment standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in tile installation and supervision within the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of various types of tiles, adhesives, grouting, and finishing techniques.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage site activities independently.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and tile layouts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
