Coordinate the external reporting process with NATCOM.In the immediate, work with Team to close the outstanding years with the external auditors
Prepare management accounts and establish all processes towards migration to a new ERP
Ensure all control accounts are reconciled and are in check. During the current review, document and recommend all significant journals to establish control
Have oversight over revenue recognition in accordance with revenue standard, IFRS 15, and related accounting standards
Report customers’ balances and age analysis
Margin and Contribution Analysis
Provide intervention to subordinates
Act as business partner to the Sales Team and efforts affecting revenue initiative, development and control implementation
Establish the framework to enable NATCOMcomply with FRC’s guidance on Internal Control Over Financial Reporting

Education / Professional Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Professional Certification in Accounting (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, CPA, CFA or similar) is required
Experience:
5–7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience with financial operations, treasury operations, cash management, or accounts payable/receivable functions.
Proven experience working with and navigating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) for financial transaction processing and reporting.
Demonstrable experience in performing bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
Experience in processing a high volume of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Experience in the telecommunications sector or a similar fast-paced industry is an advantage
