To ensure that customer installations and repairs are promptly done according to laid down company procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Installation of all the inverters and stabilizers with SOP.
Attend to all faulty service requests that come from customers via the Service Controller.
Ensure the proper functioning of the product after installation and FSR.
Ensure proper training of customer on the functionality of the product.
Liaise with the customer regarding the status of product after installation and FSR.
Performs other functions as assigned.

To attend to customer needs in a professional manner and ensure that all installation and repair jobs are completed efficiently.
Job Specifications
Minimum of OND in Engineering or equivalent.
2-3 years of relevant and progressive experience.
Good business communication (including written and verbal) skills.
Expert presentation and interpersonal skills.
Good carriage, professional appearance and outlook to work.
Strong business ethics.
