We seek a Fashion Sourcing Specialist to manage the procurement of materials, fabrics, accessories, and equipment for production.
Responsibilities
Source high-quality materials aligning with the brand’s vision and production needs
Identify and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for cost savings
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Collaborate with production teams to forecast material requirements
Develop and implement procurement strategies for cost optimisation
Establish and maintain supplier relationships
Ensure quality standards and compliance with ethical sourcing policies
Person Specification
BSc/HND in Fashion & Clothing Designing, Procurement, Business Administration or related field
2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in fashion, textiles, or manufacturing
Proven experience in vendor negotiation and supplier management
Strong knowledge of quality control standards
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
