Building & Ground Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of buildings to identify issues requiring attention or improvement.
Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate and schedule repairs, installations, and planned maintenance for equipment, elevators, generators, and general building systems.
Send daily report to Head of Operations. Oversee other staff members e.gjanitors, security guards & gardeners.
Ensure that the facility is running smoothly on daily basis.
Requirements
OND/HND/B.Sc. or its equivalent.
Must be a qualified electrician or plumber with proven experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance role.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate must be willing to resume immediately.
