We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Studio Manager to oversee the technical heartbeat of our station – ensuring seamless production, transmission, and studio functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain studio and broadcast equipment
Coordinate live and recorded studio sessions
Ensure zero-downtime transmission with quick fault resolution
Work closely with on-air talent and content teams
Innovate and implement studio workflow improvements.
Minimum Requirements
A Degree in Technology, Broadcast Engineering, or related fields
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing technical operations in a radio station
Strong knowledge of studio hardware/software, audio routing, mixing consoles, and automation systems
Proven leadership, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
