We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to the Managing Director with expertise in legal matters and business development within the real estate industry.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to drive business development initiatives, manage all legal affairs, ensure statutory and regulatory compliance, and provide strategic support to the MD.
The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and relevant educational qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage all legal matters, contracts, and agreements on behalf of the company.
Drive business development strategies and initiatives to expand the company’s real estate portfolio.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.
Provide legal guidance and advice to the MD and senior management team.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the negotiation and structuring of complex real estate transactions.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities as needed.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance legal and operational efficiency.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to legal and business development matters.
Support the MD in various administrative and strategic functions as required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field; additional legal qualifications preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal and business development roles within the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of driving business growth and development initiatives.
Proficiency in legal research, contract drafting, and compliance management.
