HRLeverage is recruiting for our client, a leading company in the real estate sector, seeking skilled and detail-oriented Engineers to oversee and manage building and infrastructure projects from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and supervise construction and infrastructure projects (residential, commercial, and mixed-use).
Conduct site evaluations, surveys, and feasibility studies.
Prepare engineering drawings, designs, and specifications.
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Collaborate with architects, surveyors, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Prepare project reports, cost estimates, and timelines.
Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in construction or real estate projects.
Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
Must be registered and certified by COREN or any other recognized engineering regulatory body.
Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Salary
